Discontinue OpenText VIM after S/4 Migration

Hi all,

I have a quick question for you - We're currently using KOFAX VIM for invoice processing and we're planning an S/4 migration. With all of the tools which are currently available in S/4 for invoice processing, does VIM still make sense?

If you were using VIM in ECC and already migrated to S/4 did you keep it? Did you replace it? Do you regret your decision and why?

There are so many different solutions out there for external invoice vendor management, and very few guidance from SAP regarding what to use. I get it that SAP wants to be more partner focused, but I would certainly appreciate having some standardization .. !

I'm no expert in this field, but in my previous company VIM was rolled-out to all affiliates before moving to S/4.

Anyway I'm also curious what will be the recommendation.

We have a KBA where you can clarify whether your current or planned SAP products are supported by the add-on SAP Invoice Management by Open Text and SAP Invoice Management by OpenText for SAP S/4HANA.
