We have TaaS (Tax as a Service) enabled within our environment. When we create a Sales Order or an AR Down Payment using the DI API, we get the error "999901000 - Cannot call the Electronic Document Service. Contact technical support.". When TaaS is disabled on the business partner, we do not get this error and the Sales Order or an AR Down Payment document is added/updated successfully. How can we resolve this issue? Is there a way to disable the TaaS service or Electronic Document Service during the adding or updating of a document within the DI API?

We are having the same error message in SP2408 whenever the EDS is called by an end user. We currently can use it as a PSU in a current CCC environment but end users cannot. In addition the US TaaS service will not work with the Web Client There was a fix for this issue which we were pointed at however it was not applicable
3016840 - Cannot Generate Electronic Documents or Reports in Cloud Environments
SAP Business One Notes, Version: 3, Released On: 03.03.2021
We have also been directed to Not 3194512 - US_Tax Service which provided the same configuration requirements as the How To document with a little extra information about firewall access rules and settings in EDS service.
We have the case in escalation, however, if anyone has additional feedback it would be appreciated.
