Disable Actions button in sales orders

Is it possible to disable the "actions" button for some users or for roles?

Dear customer,

From CRM application point of view, the access restriction for sales order checks if the login user can read or write the certain sales order. I cannot control one or certain field/button on the order, as long as the user has the access to write access, he/she can edit the content on the order.

And also it is not possible to disable a standard button by customization or by PDI or UI Designer.

Hello, 

I am not sure if this would work but you may be able to achive this based on the UI Switch.

(i.e if the UI Switch is not assigned to the business role assigned to user, hide the Action button or related action or raise the error and when UI switch is assigned, Action button is visible and actions can be performed).
