Digital Signature on Correspondence form

Hello,

we are using the App "Create Corrspondence" and would like to send the open items list directly from SAP per mail to our suppliers/customers. This works basically fine, however we did not manage to add the digital signature on the PDF form.

Is there a possibility to add a digitial signature on correspondence forms in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud? The localization is Romania.

I am faced with the same problem but a few years later.  I am hoping that the situation has changed.

Does anyone know whether this is possible today?

Hi Mona,

It is not possible to add the digital signature on the PDF form in app Create Correspondence. Digital signatures are not offered in S/4HANA Cloud as it would require a corresponding infrastructure to handle certificates for signing.
