Digital Signature for sales quotation in POrtugal

Hello,

Is it possible to sign digitally sales quotation documents in Portugal?

According to the faq 03-4304 O Decreto-Lei n.º 28/2019 determina que o código único de documento (ATCUD) deve constar nas faturas e demais documentos fiscalmente relevantes. Igualmente define que são documentos fiscalmente relevantes, os documentos de transporte, recibos e quaisquer outros documentos emitidos, independentemente da sua designação, que sejam suscetíveis, nomeadamente, de apresentação ao cliente que possibilitem a conferência de mercadorias ou de prestação de serviços, nos quais se incluem as notas de encomenda. Desta forma, não está excluído nenhum tipo de documento, devendo ser comunicadas todas as séries documentais por tipo de documento fiscalmente relevante em uso.

Hi Shay,

I have reviewed the information you send me but if you try to enter a range for quotations the document type doesn't appear in SIPT_NUMBR_SD_V table. It is for that my question was about sales quoation digital signature. Our customer wants to sign sales quotation and sales order. Marta Pereira told me that these scenarios are under analysis.
