I recently passed the certification exam C_THR81_2505 on Oct 24, 2025, but haven't received the digital certification badge yet.
I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue (5000240799) and currently still waiting for a response.
- In My Learning -> My Certifications, there are no certifications listed, and the exam attempt number under subscriptions were not deducted either.
- However, In the SAP Certification page, where exams are scheduled, I do see the exam attempt number deducted, the result of the exam saying "passed", and the status of the exam being "Approved by Auditor"
- I can confirm that I have the two emails set up correctly (with different domains (different after the @ mark)) for my account as well

It would be greatly appreciated if this post can be seen by one of the moderators here and hopefully escalate the issue. 🙏
