Difference between Readiness Check and Sizing values

Hello!

A customer is going to migrate from:
ECC 6.0 to RISE S/4HANA Private Edition

We are evaluating how much additional memory we have to add to the target architecture.
The Sizing report indicates (Gib):
- Memory requirement 1,604.0
- Net data size on disk 1,490.2

The Readiness Check report indicates:
Anticipated Initial Memory Requirement for SAP HANA 524 (in GiB)

We have few questions about the Readiness Check and Sizing reports:

1) Which of the two data (Readiness Check or Sizing) do I take to calculate the memory required for the migration?

2) Where does it indicate in these reports the amount of memory required for the following SKUs:
FileSystem
File Storage
8008794 - Additional File Storage
8011367 - Additional Database Storage

3) Or how could I calculate FileSystem and FileStorage?

Thanks in advance.
