Difference between IA15 and IA21

Hi Experts

I need to know the difference between IA15 and IA21 transactions. Both relate to tasklist change documents.

But, we have a typical scenario - for a tasklist, package was changed. This change is recorded in IA15 but not seen in IA21.

In the action log of tasklist, it is visible.

But why is it missing in IA21?

Please help me explain the difference between these two.

Also widen the Analysis period date range.

All are checked. But few entries are missing in IA21 compared to IA15.

Can you frame out the difference between these two programs/transactions.

IA21 is a stand-alone action log report (also accessible from the task list)

IA15 is document flow (which include the same action log records).
