Difference between ECC and S4 Hana in SAP MM point of view

I had been working on ECC, and now have to work on migration Project which is from ECC to S4 Hana. So please let me know the major changes that to keep noted between SAP ECC and SAP S4hana in SAP MM Point of view.

That is a very broad question indeed. I think you can group novelties brought by S/4HANA into 3 categories:

• compatibility scope i.e. ECC functions being phased out of S/4HANA, for instance LE-TRA or LE-WM. See the note 2269324 - Compatibility Scope Matrix for SAP S/4HANA
• simplification items i.e. functions implemented in S/4HANA differently than in ECC, often in simpler ways. See Simplification Item Catalog
• new functions i.e. truly new functionalities delivered in S/4HANA. See What's New Viewer
