Hello,
I have a requirement to use payment terms for rebate condition contracts. When trying to create the condition contract in WCOCO, the payment terms are not getting determined, even if these are already maintained in the customer master (KNVV and KNB1 tables). Does anyone know why the automatic determination of payment terms is not happening?
Thank you,
Roberto

Hi @roberto_t,
In SAP Condition Contracts (WCOCO), the Payment Terms field serves as a default for the specific agreement. However, in standard SAP CCM behavior, the Payment Terms field remains blank in the Settlement Document, unless explicitly maintained in the Condition Contract.
If you need to always capture the one in the BP master data, I recommend determining the Payment Terms dynamically at the time of Settlement Document creation. You can configure this in the Settlement Process Configuration by adjusting the relevant settings.
Would you like guidance on the exact configuration steps? Let me know how I can assist further!
Best regards,
Gauthier Victor

Hello @gvictor
I have configured the settlement process to allow determination of payment terms based on the customer master data.
One more doubt which I have is regarding the baseline date of the payment terms.
If, for example the settment period 01.01 till 31.01 is settlet on February 6th, CCM is taking today's date as baseline. My requirement is to consider the end of the period (31.01) as the baseline date of the payment terms. Does CCM offer any standard configuration for that?
Much appreciated!
Roberto
