Depreq. in MD04 for MRP Type 'V1" and "VB"

Hi,

My question is when a requirement exists in the form of Depreq and if the MRP type is PD or ND then it appears in MD04 list. But if the MRP type is VB or V1 it does not show.

Dependent requirements are not taken into account when using MRP types VB, So if Depreq does not show for "VB" I accept.

But Dependent requirements are taken into account when using MRP types V1, So it should appear in MD04 for "V1". Why it is not comming.

Regards,

Dinesh V.

Thanks for the solution. I had the same issue for MRP type V1 and able to resolved after implement the CONSIDER_RESB of BAdI MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA to display those requirements in MD04. But the requisitions are not generating against DepReq after a MRP run when it's demand. However, it works for MRP type PD.

For Example,

  • MRP Type: V1
  • Lot Size: HB
  • DepReq Quantity: 100
  • Safety Stock: 100
  • Reorder Point: 100
  • Current Stock: 73

Can you please advise?

This is a standard system behavior. You can implement method CONSIDER_RESB of BAdI MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA to display those requirements in MD04, but they won't be included in the planning run.

By the way, I see that you have opened several questions in the past but they are all still open. Can you please select the correct answer for your old questions and close them? If none of the answers is correct, please share the solution you found for the issue and then close the question.
