Depreciation area 01 does not manage values for revaluation

Hi,

I have created an asset master and posted the acquisition, but when trying to post for revaluation this error happens and I am not sure what to do, I have tried searching online and most of the answers imply going into OAYR, AW1NE, OABW, etc. but none of them appear in Fiori as I assume its a GUI TCode. Is there a way to fix this issue or what am I doing wrong?

You are trying to post a revaluation in depreciation area 01.

However, this depreciation area does not manage values for revaluation.

Specify a different business transaction type or a different depreciation area.

Hi Misaki,

If this error messages occurs the underlying AssetValuationView settings do not allow the value type of revaluation. Thus, the desired transaction cannot be posted in this local GAAP. If you consider this to be an error, please create a support ticket for the country version where you experience the issue and ask for clarification. They will check and decide on the next steps where Expert Configuration will not be an option.
