Hello together,
when will the deprecated fields and associations be removed from the CDS View I_JournalEntryItemCube?
There is no information available in the SAP Help: https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f69f8fb28ac4bf48d2b57b9637e81fa/2102.500/en-US/0ee5e95760521070e1000000...
There is also no SAP KBA available for this question.

As stated:
SAP may make the deprecated elements unusable usually not earlier that one year after the deprecation.
There is no exact timeline for it.
