Hi All,
I hope you are well.
I would appreciate some clarification on the status of the Denmark Localisation for SAP Business One.
In the link attached below, you can find a list of registered bookkeeping systems that have been checked and registered by the Danish Business Authority.
Directory of registered bookkeeping systems | The Business Guide
Apparently SAP Business One does not meets the new rules for digital bookkeeping.
Does anyone know what is the current situation?
Thank you,
Kinds regards,
Miguel Angel

Hi Miguel,
you can find the latest statement from SAP on the registered system topic in Note 3338991 - DK_ERP System Registration with Authorities - SAP for Me
In Referenced Document section of the Note you can find the changes SAP has done for Denmark localization to make it ready like SAF-T export, status of OIOUBL format support etc. Up to my knowledge Version FP 2402 and above are ready for the minimum requirements which start January 2025.
It is possible to operate systems that are not on the officially registered but it is then your responsibility to ensure that you fullfill all the requirements of Bookkeeping Act. These are system topics but also process topics (documented processes, backups, bank reconciliation). There are partnes in Denmark who also sell you the whole bundle.
