Demand is account assigned for ind/coll ind -2

Hello experts,

For material XYZ, we have changed ind/collective ind to 2, still the demand generated is account assigned.

Can you please help, if I need to check for other settings as well?

Can you please share more details? What exactly is your demand?

If the demand is coming from a production order, for example, MRP will not update the account assignment on the order reservation.

Many thanks for looking in the issue.

Demand is coming from POitem and PurRqs as well (screenshot attachedmd04.jpg). Still it is not getting updated after MRP.

Kindly advice.

This is the standard system behavior. MRP can change unfirmed purchase requisitions or planned orders, but it will never change a PO or a production order. Changing the individual/collective indicator will not affect the existing POs or existing production order reservations.

However so does that mean - new demand coming in will not be individual or account assigned?
