delivery split in sales order

any body can explain my doubt

i want to do the delivery split/partial delivery ( 100 line items) in sales order screen aonly?( not with any background setting).

Hi,

You can select the line item in sales order and then proceed to schedule line tab. Here you can specify the delivery date you want for the particular line item. You can also split the number of quantities to be delivered for different dates for a particular line item.

Now when you create delivery documents for the sales order, based on the delivery date only those items will be displayed for delivery that you had scheduled for at the time of sales order creation.
