Delivery Relevant Sales Items with Billing Plan

I am looking for a solution to this:

Customer orders x 10 of an item at £150.00 each.

No set delivery date. Customer will advise as and when they are to be delivered this year (when needed). They will be dispatched via standard delivery processes.

But billing will not be delivery related. Customer will be billed as per scheduled billing plan of £125 last day of each month.

How can I apply a billing plan to delivery relevant sales line?

My billing plans currently do not use Order Quantity so whilst the billing works, I have not way  to manage delivery.

Even for order related billing with Billing Plan, you can very well create delivery.

Thanks for the feedback  However from what I can see a Billing plan/Milestone does not have an order quantity on the sales document. It has a target value instead which is a monetary value to be billed? If I have no order quantity what do I initiate delivery from?
