Delivery not created using "My Purchase orders Due for Delivery"

Trying to create delivery for PO in test environment with My Purchase Orders - Due for Delivery app, but it does not create delivery. Error message is: No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date.

Please check if there is committed quantity entered in the purchase order.
