We have a requirement to view deliveries for STO's that have been blocked, is there a report which shows blocked deliveries?

Nobody answered his question.
VL060 allows you to filter on statuses but delivery block really isn't a status. The outbound delivery has not been acted upon yet.
I have not found a way to view STO's that have been blocked yet.
