Delivery based inbound process in TM S/4 HANA

Hi All,

I have few questions regarding above diagram.

1. We are not using SAP EWM, in our case we have simple SLs to manage material. Can we simply omit the left column , is loading instructions critical to have?

2. In S4/HANA basic TM lisence, can we plan mult-leg scenario for an inbound process? 

For example, We are receiving a material X from Supplier, and in this case we need to order and manage the transport. Material will move from location A > B and later to C hence 2 legs. 

In this scenario possible by having a an inbound delivery in S4?
