Delivery 80000057 does not exist in the database or in the archive

i am trying to post an Outbound Delivery document for my sales order, when i save it, the system do not give me any error about saving it.

but when saved and i check the stock the stock does not change as no material is issued to customer, because that Outbound delivery / Goods Issue document does not saved and archived and when i try to check it in the Document Flow (F5) of my Sales Order, it did not show their either.

on the other hand, when i try to post the Outbound Delivery document without reference to Sales Order, then it is saving the document, archiving it properly and showing the change in inventory stock for this material in MMBE.

how to fix this error.

The message clearly says that the delivery doesn't exist. So how come you tried to post a goods issue against it? Where have you gotten the delivery number from? What steps have you executed in the system - please be precise, describe the steps, share screenshots.

Delivery number 80000057 does not exist in the database.
Please check the maximum existing delivery number in table LIKP using transaction SE16N.

• If the current number (80000057) exceeds the highest number found in the table, it indicates that the number range interval may not be set correctly or has reached its maximum limit.

• In that case, update the number range interval to accommodate higher values.

Once the number range is corrected, try creating the delivery again and saving it — it should work as expected.

hello hasan, it was never the issue related to number ranges. someone activated the work flow on PGI, that is why it was not working. I'd to get help from ABAPer, and now its resolved as Faheem said.
