Deleting PO Line item, getting error, "PO Header data still faulty"

User has created STO and later wanted to delete 1 line item from Purchase order and is getting attached error " Enter AIM materials should be GR using 101 movement Type" Message no. ME083. Thiis error "" Enter AIM materials should be GR using 101 movement Type" Message no. ME083." is just warning error. Not sure what is causing "PO Header data still faulty" and not allowing to save the purchase order with deleted line item.

Please suggest inputs to resolve the issue.

Provide Error description which error is showing in your screen shot. because meaning of ME083 is different what you have entered ?

If you message starting from "Z" then you have to check your own ABAB development team.

You can discuss with your development team and Debuging, I am sure you will get answer.

Is that SAP standard error message?

If your own Z message then , Please check with your internal development team
