Hi!
I am tasked with a task of deleting all Company Codes from S4 system but one. Thing is the system is configured in Cross-Company Code Cost Accounting so that both Company Codes that I wish to delete and the one I wish to leave out belong to the same Controlling Area.
Does anybody know of any way to achieve deleting Company Codes without deleting Controlling Area data for this one Company Code?

Hi Pawel,
If there are postings, i think system wont allow you to delete the Co.code to CO area assignment if there are actual postings . You can block the co.code to restrict any further postings

Hi Mainak!
I've already checked this note out. I used MMPV to close existing postin periods, OBR1 - deletedtransactional data, OBR2 deleted master data, had checked beforehand in OBR3 if Company Code was set to productive (it wasn't), OBR4 as per notes available.
When I try to delete the Company Code through EC01 I get SAP Message FC111 "Company code 2100 is assigned to a controlling area; deletion not possible". And when I try going to OKKP to de-assign Company Code from Controlling Area, there's message KT302 "Deletion not possible (master data)."
