Deleted Scheduling Agreement to be removed from ME35 report

Hi,

We have set delivery completed & Final Invoice indicator to MM scheduling agreement . Also we deleted the SA line item.

But still the SA appears in ME35 transaction ( Release Purchasing Documents with Release Code ) for Release.

Is there a way to remove such deleted SA from this report ?

Your agreement has history, hence it will not disappear.

Thanks Jurgen for your help !

I was able to successfully delete the SAs without history of follow-on documents.

However for SAs with history of follow-on documents , I have checked the box of 'Delivery Completed' and 'Final Invoice'.

Dear Pankaj,

As per standard system the deleted item will not be displayed in ME35, kindly confirm whether the SA contains multiple line items and ensure all line items are deleted.

What about EKPO table ? Can you able to see the value 'L' for the field LOEKZ ?

By default system will not take the document if the item has deletion flag indicator.

I just tested in my system and it is working perfect.

Can you please post screen shot and also your SAP ECC and EHP release.
