Delete Sales Organization on Customer Master Data

Hi Everyone,

We are currently updating the customer master data for the sales organization. We want to remove the previous one and replace it with a new sales org. I tried doing through mass data maintenance and migration template, but it would add the new sales org to the list and not replace the old sales org.

Did I miss any steps perhaps?

Hi mara.h

You can remove the Sales Organisation Manually or via Web Service.

You can't remove the Sales Organisation using Maas Data Maintenance or Migration Template.

Hello Mara,

It is not possible to remove the Sales org information from mass data maintenance or the Migration template.

If you need to remove the the sales organisation, You will need to do that manually or via web service.
