Hi Folks,
Our business use to assign attachment to QN at following path:
QM01 -> Service of object (left to corner of screen) -> QN object continue -> store business document - assign PDF file as per requirement to QN.
Now some how user has assigned wrong document to QN and they want to delete the document.
To delete document they go same path attachment list -> select document and click on delete icon but they are getting following message:
"The delete function is not supported for document <xyz>" - My question is why system not allow to delete this document here? Any one has faced same issue here?
Our client use SAP 4.7c version.
I have already checked in SU53 - this is not authorization error.
If I checked in document details, Document class - Archived document.
Timely reply would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!!

Hi
please check this url
You may want to delete a notification (for example, because the malfunction reported is covered by another malfunction report, or an activity report was inadvertently entered twice).
However, you cannot delete a notification directly online. Usually, you set a deletion flag in the notification, which informs the system that this notification can be deleted.
To set the deletion flag, call up the notification in change mode, and choose Notification > Functions >Deletion flag > Set

Hi nehal
As per you problem :
QM01 -> Service of object (left to corner of screen) -> QN object continue -> store business document - assign PDF file as per requirement to QN.
but as per my knowledge "store business document" only support http repository objects...
I have a soilution instead of using " store business document " ---> use create attachement and attach document from local PC.
This document can be deleted at any point of time.
I hope this will help.
Regards
Sujit
