Delete a work order in CRTD status

Hi team,

How to delete a work order which is in CRTD status?

If we delete work order in SAP what will be the impact?

I'm not sure why you're asking .. .but there are some things to note:

1) You need to get them out of CRTD status as previously mentioned. Instead of releasing and completed the order, I recommend using the Do not execute function. Go to Order --> Functions --> Complete --> Do not execute. This will make the order go to status CLSD and it will also add system status NCMP - Not Completed.

2) You can put the deletion flag on the order after the order is CLSD. Order --> Functions ---> Deletion flag --> Set

3) If you really, really, really, really wanted to - you could archive the PM Order and then delete it from the archives. https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/2dfa044a255f49e89a3050daf3c61c11/4b37c4b973da4061930ea7be... . You'll most likely be unable to do this by yourself and will need help from BASIS.

Work order can not be deleted, you can only set deletion indicator.

Please set the CLSD status before you set deletion flag.
