You can use operators when you are creating your prerrequisites.
So, if the prerrequisite is fulfill then the substitution will be executed.
In this example, I'm using "=" , "AND", so all those conditions must be met, but you can use the operators in the image. I think most of them are pretty obvious, LIKE is used for strings when you want something similar to a string. Example: matnr like 'FA%'.
You can use only TRUE, if you don't have any prerrequisites, so the substitution is going to be executed always.
