Dear Experts,

We received user complaint: Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 529 KG : Material Plant 1000 Batch. Upon further analysis we checked that there is no stock of the material and mentioned batch in MMBE. Also, we checked in EWM monitor and we can see that the Handling unit is present whereas when we tried to check In HUMO the HU does not exist. This error is stuck in EWM monitor and the main problem we do not have any delivery associated with this. We guided user in changing the stock type from Unrestricted to Quality in ewm, but they could not performed and they received the same error. Need help in getting a way to solve this queue error. Since, business users are also unaware how this queue error occurred.

Hi,

my guess is that you have an inbound delivery in EWM that is not (or not fully) processed. If you have not sent a GR message to ERP there cannot be any stock in MMBE. As a result you get an error queue on the ERP side as soon as you trigger the next action that wants to use that stock.

If you double-check in MB51 (ERP) you should see (or rather not see) a movement that "created" the stock you are missing.

Problem is we cant find the delivery and user is also not sure what was done from their side. They just came to us and asked for resolution of this queue error. Even we are also clue less in identification.
