Default value for buyer (old OMFI) in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Dear SAP Public Cloud community,

In CBC the config "Define Default Values for Buyers" is available. However, we don't have user parameters anymore so it does not work via "EVO" anymore to assign a Z-profile to users/buyers.

How to achieve the requirement to create a default Zx rule with a specific setting and assign it to users in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud?

please try with Default settings for users App 

With this app, you can maintain default values for fields that are used when a purchase requisition is created. The default values for fields such as account assignment category, material group, requisitioning group, and plant or storage location can be entered by a key user.

I find this odd that some configuration is possible creating a code for the default value for buyer (however only inforecord update option is included); and then it can not be assigned to anywhere.

Any idea, please, how to stop creating inforecord automatically (remove the default X), 2. getting PO price copied from previous PO in case no inforecord price maintained. How these could be achieved w/o parameter ID? I would appreciate hints for practical solution.
