Default Tax jurisdiction code

Can anyone please tell me that how I can make tax jurisdiction code as default in TT code fb60. they dont want to enter it all the times so they want to make it default and pops up automatically when they enter invoice in fb 60.

Maintain the tax code you want to default in the GL master data - control tab. I guess that should work.
