Decision Key Not showing In My Inbox after Re-work Purchase order feature activated

Hi Experts,

I have done all the required configuration for Re-workable Purchase purchase order but not getting positive result.

Scenario: If I’m selecting “Release of Purchase Order” option getting in snap (2) attached.

But when same activity is done with “Release of Re-workable purchase Order,” Snap (1) not getting decision option and not showing Approve/Reject/Re-work.

All setting have been in place, kindly suggest.

Thanks for the suggestion Note....Yes we are using Flexible workflow...but problem is coming when I'm trying to use Re-work Purchase Order event (Kindly ref Snap 1) that time decision comment are not showing.

The issue pop-up due to wrong "Activity ID" configured, Issue resolved.....
