Hello,
We are using the app "Enter Activity Allocation" to register allocation based on activities. We would like to book a quantity in decimal, like 0.25 month, but the system is always rounding to the celling number (0.25 -> 1).
Do you know if there is a possibility to use decimal number in quantity for activtiy allocation?
Kind regards,
Etienne

Etienne,
First question: What is your unit of measure for the activity type? If the unit of measure does not allow for decimals, or there is no conversion then the system would automatically round. Example: each, what would be a quarter each be or relate to? If it is hour, then the 0.25 hours will convert accurately into 15 minutes.

in logistics this might work because of the Factory calendar , in CO Activity allocation we are posting with a posting date and posting period; If you post half a month in February it will be a different number of days vs. August, so there isn't an accurate/ consistent translation of unit of measure.
In your example you defined an activity type with unit of measure Month?
Wouldn't it be simpler if you defined the activity type with unit of measure Days, and then you have the ability to post months / days / hours etc. ?
