Hi,

could you give some more insights of what exactly you do to run into this message?

If you have access to the backend you can run ST22 transaction right after you reproduced the issue and see if there is some more information in the system logs.

any message that start with ZZ is custom message - You would not able to find any standard answer -- Please work with your abap team member to provide you more relevant information --it seems like custom message on PREQ side so it might be some customer check put in place and giving you custom error message while you are trying to create or update the PREQ
