Does anyone know if there are plans to introduce deadline monitoring email template for requisitions ? It is available for Purchase orders but most clients have approval on the requisition rather than the purchase order.

regards

Irene

Hi Irene,

Thank you for your question. I have looked at the roadmap and I do not see this functionality on there. However, when it was introduced, it was mentioned that it would eventually come for Purchase Requisitions but no date was given. Please feel free to create an influence request at https://www.sap.com/about/customer-involvement/influence-adopt.html. This will allow development to help prioritize this feature.

Best,

Aanchal

Here are some SAP resources you may review based on your topic "introduce | deadline monitoring email template | email template | approval | purchase order | purchase orders"

The control to trigger a purchase requisition and purchase order is at schedule line and item category level (CB1/CB2) respectively. Within S/4HANA cloud currently there is no SSCUI available to control these features. In short it is not possible to create a Purchase Order automatically without processing the purchase requisition.
