DDA tool access is rejected

Hi Team.

I am trying to access DDA tool with my registered S-User ID. and i get to a point to click on the link to access the tool. But, i land up on the page saying 'Your request is rejected. In case you disagree, reach out via email.' Any idea what the reason could be the possible reasons? my other colleagues are able to access.
