Hello,
our customer has following issue: Datev2LW AddOn was installed in his B1 environment.
All users are working with B1 Client Software on a Terminal Server.
If an user login to the Terminal Server with Windows Administrator Account and then login to SAP B1 Client with his own B1 account, the Datev2LW AddOn starts without any error.
If an user login to the Terminal Server with his own windows account (non Admin account) and then login to SAP B1 Client with his own B1 account, the Datev2LW AddOn doesn't start. Error message:
B1Framework was stopped because of an error:
18.02.2021 10:15:52 - Exception: Failed to connect SLD, make sure SLD server is correct and available (-4009)
The issue appears for all non Windows Admin User accounts.
I have copied b1-local-machine.xml
From: C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf\b1-local-machine.xml
To: C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf\b1-local-machine.xml
as descriebed in SAP Note 2077101
The name of the License Server and not "localhost" is entered in b1-local-machine.xml file
Non Windows Admin User accounts have got a full read/write permission on SAP folder
The steps above didn't solve the problem.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem?

Try copying working xml file from another PC or Server. It should resolve the issue.
