Database restore / Cleaning activity for SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Quality and Customising Server

Dear Team,

we are implementing SAP S4HANA Public Cloud at one of our clients.

1. We want to clean entire data along with all masters from Customizing server or from Quality server keeping all validations, configurations as it is.

2.  Also, we want to restore Production server data along with transactions, masters and configurations to Quality server to replicate Production server on Quality server.

We would like if this activity can be possible, if yes, how?

Hello Nitin,

Q1: you basically asking for deleting all transaction data but keeping the configurations. No, as far as I know, there is no way/tool to do that. That's why we have a Starter System to play the scenarios.

Q2: Yes. SAP offers a paid service called Test Data Refresh (TDR) by copying production tenant to the test tenant, so that you have a test system behaving like a real-world system.
