Data Replication Framework license

I need to replicate business partners, and for this I need to know this:
Does the "Data Replication Framework" tool require a license to use in S/4HANA 2021 systems?

Thank you for your quick response, my question arises because I understood that DRF is part of MDG and MDG needs a license for its use. We want to use DRF with "integration suite" through soap interfaces to replicate business partners to 2 or 3 non-SAP systems and we wanted to be clear if any additional license is needed. For example, to use AIF in scenarios with Odata we saw that the license is necessary and even installing an AIF component in S4HANA.
