Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor issue in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting 2020

I am currently working on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting 2020 FPS01 and when we open the Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor app below message is displayed:

Could someone kindly assist on the above issue.

Hi Samhita,

The problem could have been prevented by implementation of the SAP Note 2941945 before the upgrade to S/4HANA 2020.

Now an incident has to be raised to SAP to fix it.
