dangerous goods issue

Hello to all,

I have an issue with dangerous goods material. In the Dangerous goods description for output type ZBK3 in transaction VT03n, there were missing entries in the description.

Missing entries are Deklaration, Klasse, UN-Nr., Seite, Bestandteil. I have checked on the master data in MM03 - Classification, but I think some of the master data are available (I am not so sure).

Now, I have checked on the log of the output type ZBK3, it has been stated that for this dangerous good (material):

No released data record found for Mat 123456, ModeTransCat 04, ValidArea REG_WORLD

No phrases were assigned to the phrase set (characteristic PAPPOS)

No dangerous goods data record found

No phrases were assigned to the phrase set (characteristic PAPPOS)

How will I proceed on checks needed? What is the cause for the missing description?

Thanks.

Regards,

Patvin

Hello,

Check which of the regulations have valid area REG_WORLD (most likely IMDG) and change the processing status to "released".

Can you kindly explain why should be IMDG be in processed status? And what do you mean by the REG_WORLD? I can't seem to connect everything.

Thanks and Regards,

Patrick

Hello,

If it is maintained for the material, ensure that it is released. Select the line and click on "detail view" to verify.

Cheers !

Hi,

I have 3 items (for regulation IMDG, IATA_P, IATA_C), which are still "in process" status. for the other 2 items, (for regulation RID and ADR), the status is already released.

With this, how shall I proceed with the issue?

Thanks.

Hello,

Maintain your dangerous goods master, transaction DGP1.

Cheers !

I've checked on transaction DGP3 for this dangerous master data. Seems that this material is already maintained. Would you know in what specific fields should we maintain this dangerous material?

Many Thanks.
