Is there any standard Daily Progress Report, which can be updated with respect to WBS. This report is only for monitoring, not to book consumption of material or services or booking costs. Just for monitoring purpose.
Actually we deal with turnkey contracts. All the services are external only. So, we wanted 2 different service entry sheets. One for daily entry by site personal and one for actual booking. Later, we wanted to compare both for variance like actual progress vs booked. First one is for only entry, not to book any cost or no vendor invoice nothing.
