Customizing error in personnel area , personnel subarea Message

I have changed the joining date of user through Zprogram but after these error is showing when i want to edit previous absence quotas.

Attendances, Absences, Quotas, Calendars, Accounting Rules (and more) are all associated with Groupings, mainly Personnel Sub-Area Groupings.

Please confirm that on the new "joining date", the PSA existed for the appropriate Grouping and that the Quota was valid for the appropriate PSA Grouping.
