Customized profitability report using report painter in cloud

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to create the profitability report in cloud, since standard Market segment actual is not serving the purpose, hence need to create the customized report using like report as below

1 Revenue

2 Sales deduction ( On invoice Discount)

3 Off Invoice Discount 

4 Gross profit = 1-2-3

5 Cogs 

6 Direct Overhead

7 Indirect Overhead

8 Net Profit  4-5-6-7

Can we achieve this any other way.
