Customer uses external DNS service

Good day.

I have question about the DNS configuration for PCE.

if customer has no on-premise DNS server and uses external DNS service, is it not possible to configure DNS or PCE environment?

Could you please someone answer me about this?

Hi,

I doubt this will work.

The SAP DNS servers will need to do DNS zone transfer / DNS forwarding to the customers DNS servers. If these are external, the SAP servers will most probable not be able to reach them.
