Dear All,
Our users have business process that stock(raw material) purchased is divide for some customers.
The Finished product is manufactured by consumption of the Raw materials and FG is sold to the same customer for which Raw material is purchased.
While purchasing, the qty to be allocated for each sales order is not known, the complete qty is allocated to a customer.
Stock report for the customers is required for tracking.
Customer is responsible for the stock of raw material for them and ensures to purchase the FG.

Hello Vikas
There is no such thing as a customer specific stock for manufacturing in SAP. What you do have is the make-to-order production, where the stock is assigned to a specific sales order item, but I'm not sure if it would meet your requirements, as I assume you might have different sales orders for the same customer.
I would suggest you two different solutions:
1 - Create a storage location MRP area for each customer. This way, you can segregate the quantity purchased for each customer from an MRP perspective.
2 - There is a feature called segmentation that is active by default in SAP S/4HANA and it allows you to create separated stock segments, which are planned independently. Even though it was originally developed for retail, this feature can also be used in different industries. Check the details below:
