Can anyone help me please?

Using ECC 6.0 - I am using SAP13 statement type - program RFKORD11 is assigned to it.

I have specified the statement type in the customer master records however nothing is being output to the printer/spool request.

I am producing the statement via transaction F.27 (program RFKORK00).

Has anyone any ideas as to why this could be?

Thanks for your response, however I have checked the configuration and the report variants are maintained against RFKORK00, which is the program used by Transaction F.27. If I execute the program which exists against the correspondence RFKORD11 then the statement is output.

Is there anything which links RFKORK00 with RFKORD11?? I notice that the variant that I have created against RFKORK00 is available for RFKORD11?

I do not want to give the users access to SE38 to execute the program RFKORD11 (it works if you execute the statement directly from here)
