Hi Experts,

Our customer is requested to create customer return orders with products without pricing. Please advise which item category against RBLN/RBPN/RENV/RNVN etc. is applicable? If not, any pricing configuration can be set to achieve this purpose?

Could you please check item category RBLN.

it can be used for single material without pricing information. 

in such context, perhaps you can choose No refund if Logistical follow up is 0001 receive into plant. 

otherwise, use No refund after material inspection in determine refund.
