We have a requirrement to output the customer invoice to a file location on release of the invoice. Is the only way to do this via PDI using QueryDocumentOutputRequestIn?
Via the Cloud Print Manager you can save the files in a specific set up location. https://blogs.sap.com/2017/08/07/cloud-print-manager-installation-and-configuration/ is a short guide explaining the set up and installation. In the help document within the installation SapCloudPrintManagerHelp.pdf you can find an explanation on the Save to File function in chapter 3.1.3. That should allow you to set up queues, which are then saved directly to a set up file directory.
