Customer Clearing Open Items using Automatic Clearing for partial amounts

Hello Team,

The customer open items are not being cleared where partial amounts. are involved. Where are are a number of invoices and only partial payment received it is not possible to clear using automatic clearing

 Partially clearing is not supported in Automatic Clearing App i.e. following apps:

• Clear Open Items Automatically

• Schedule General Ledger Jobs: Select the Automatic Clearing template.

Note also In Automatic clearing APP, all items of a group are considered and no item is excluded. In this case, even there is a subgroup with balance zero, this subgroup cannot be cleared because the balance of the whole group is not zero.
